Visiting card. Kupalinka is one of the largest enterprises of Bellegprom Concern engaged in manufacturing of underwear and outer knitwear for both adults and children. History of the enterprise dates back for over 40 years. On April 29, 1968 first products were manufactured, the factory occupied a small building, with only 12 seamstresses employed in the sewing shop. There are more than 1200 persons working in Kupalinka today.

From 3.5 to 4 tons of knit fabric are manufactured by the factory every day, more than 20 tons of the most diverse knitted goods come off the conveyor.

In 2009 the sales volume totaled to 5.99 million pieces of goods for the amount of more than 17.0 million dollars.

The export volume amounted to 5.161 million dollars in 2009.

Products

Raw materials base. 80% of the production volume consists of natural clothing articles. Main types of yarns used for knit fabrics manufacturing are as follows:

-         cotton combed yarn of right and left twists;

-         100 % viscose yarn;

-         viscose yarn with insert of polyester threads up to 40% ;

-         viscose and woolen yarn;

-         mercerized yarn allowing to obtain cloths characterized by brand new properties: fluffiness is eliminated, while there appear brilliance, softness and silkiness combined with particular strength;

-         Sandia fibers, which are able to self-clean and self-deodorize;

-         fibers with antibacterial additives based on the silver ions. Goods made of these cloths guarantee hygienic properties, feeling of clearness and freshness to the consumer. They do not absorb humidity and perfectly absorb air, but the main point is that they do not cause an allergic response.
