Raw materials base. 80% of the production volume consists of natural clothing articles. Main types of yarns used for knit fabrics manufacturing are as follows:

-         cotton combed yarn of right and left twists;

-         100 % viscose yarn;

-         viscose yarn with insert of polyester threads up to 40% ;

-         viscose and woolen yarn;

-         mercerized yarn allowing to obtain cloths characterized by brand new properties: fluffiness is eliminated, while there appear brilliance, softness and silkiness combined with particular strength;

-         Sandia fibers, which are able to self-clean and self-deodorize;

-         fibers with antibacterial additives based on the silver ions. Goods made of these cloths guarantee hygienic properties, feeling of clearness and freshness to the consumer. They do not absorb humidity and perfectly absorb air, but the main point is that they do not cause an allergic response.

20% of the cloths range is composed of high-quality imported cloths of different raw materials composition, which are produced in Turkey, Poland, the Baltic states, used for manufacture of outer knitwear (sweaters, tunics, ensembles) for adults and children.

Today cotton and viscose cloths with lycra contents from 5 to 10 % are among our best fabrics for manufacture of underwear. While maintaining advantages of synthetic elastic fabrics, they appear to be the most hygienic, pleasant and comfortable cloths. Fashionable and state-of-the-art elastic and cotton lace, decorative inserts harmonize with basic materials. 

Quality and safety. Quality of the manufactured products is controlled at all production stages and conforms to the requirements of standards of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.

Underwear knitted goods are subject to obligatory certification in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. All products are subject to state hygienic registration in the Republic of Belarus. Quality of the Kupalinka knitwear is confirmed by attestation of the enterprise according to the international system ISO9001.

The enterprise developed, certified and implemented:

-         the labour protection management system in conformity with requirements of Belarusian Standard STB 18001-2005;

-         the environmental management system in conformity with requirements of Standard STB ISO 14001-2005.

-         a line of stylish underwear for women, the Intriga brand – ensembles for sleep and relaxation, pajamas, nightgowns made of viscose fabrics.

-         a line of underwear and outer clothing for men, the Senator brand – ensembles for relaxation, polo-neck sweaters) made of high-quality cotton and combined cotton;

-         a line of underwear and outer clothing for sleep and relaxation for children from 0 to 6 years, the Sonia brand;

-         a line of underwear and outer clothing for women for sleep and relaxation made of cotton, viscose fabrics, the Iskusheniye brand;

-         a classical range of everyday underwear: panties, t-shirts, jerseys, ensembles, nightgowns, pajamas, which are made of cotton fabrics, for adults and children.
